I need prayer concerning masturbation. I understand its a sin and I have been trying to stop for years now. Im a 20 yr old female and I want so bad to stop but too ashamed to confront anyone "I know" about it. Plz help me, I feel like this has gotten a strong hold on my life and I need to let it go. I can stop for a while but when I cave in, it sometimes get worse than before I stopped. So really stopping isnt the problem, its never doing it again that I want. Plz help me.
